The Four Seasons Resort Dallas is a 400-acre resort with 357 guestrooms, two championship golf courses, a Sports Club, fitness center, a full-service spa, racquet sports facilities, three outdoor and one indoor pool, a child care center, four restaurants, two lounges and a Conference Center. The resort also features the Byron Nelson Golf School, which is ideally suited for groups of 8 to 24 participants. Each May the PGA Tour's Byron Nelson Golf Tournament is played on the resort's Four Seasons TPC and Cottonwood Valley Golf Courses.

planned community in Irving Texas. Four Seasons Resort is approximately 20 minutes from downtown Dallas and 45 minutes from Fort Worth. Located within the Las Colinas neighborhood of Irving, the Four Seasons Resort is just 10 minutes from the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport and 20 minutes from Dallas Love Airport. Texas Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, is five minutes from the resort. The Texas Rangers' Ballpark in Arlington, Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor are all within 35 minutes.
Four Seasons Resort AccommodationsThe Four Seasons Resort has 357 rooms including nine suites and 50 villa-style rooms. Standard guest
rooms range in size from 420-520 square feet. Room amenities and services include marble bathrooms with deep soaking tubs and separate shower, mini-bars, two-line telephones, terry bathrobes, hair dryers, Web-TV, complimentary shoeshine, complimentary newspaper, Sony Playstations, 24- hour room service and business services including fax, computer and secretarial services.
Four Seasons Resort SuitesThe Four Seasons suites include Tower Suites, Villa Suites, Bay Suites and suites named after well-known golf personalities. The Ben Crenshaw and Tom Watson Suites overlook the 18th green of the Tournament Player's Golf Course from the lower level of the East and West villa buildings. These suites offer a living
area with a full entertainment center, overstuffed sofa and chairs around a fireplace, a dining table for eight and a private pantry with a wet bar. The suites are 1,650 to 2,200 square feet and are available as one or two bedrooms. The 2,100 square foot Byron Nelson Suite is on the top floor of the main tower and features a baby grand piano and wood-burning fireplace in the living room, a whirlpool tub in the master bathroom, a furnished walk out balcony with a view of the golf course and pool.
Four Seasons Resort DiningCafé on
the Green is the Four Seasons elegant dining room overlooking the villas and pool. American cuisine is served a la carte. Byron's serves lunch Monday through Friday and features a panoramic view of the golf course. Racquets serves light fare and offers a full view of the indoor tennis courts. Light hors d'oeuvres and cocktails are served in the Terrace Lounge located off the main lobby overlooking the pool. The Game Bar is a sports bar with a billiards table, shuffleboard, video games and television.
